  • 1/3 red bell pepper (diced)
  • 1/3 orange bell pepper (diced)
  • 1/3 yellow bell pepper (diced)
  • 1/3 green bell pepper (diced)
  • 1/2 yellow onion (diced)
  • 1/2 cup spinach (sliced)
  • 1 cup Raw shrimp
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp creole seasoning
  • 1 tsp Head Country Champion seasoning
  • 1 lemon
  • 3 tbsp of butter
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
