- 2 cups jasmine rice

- 2 cups shrimp
- 2 chicken breast
- 3 tbsp of olive oil
- 1 tsp of black pepper
- 1 tsp of salt
- 3 tbsp of teriyaki sauce
- 1 packet of fried rice seasoning (sun-bird brand)
Meal recipe for two.
- 1 cup Brown rice with Quinoa and garlic
- 16 oz of Corn (sweet)
- 1/3 red bell pepper (diced)
- 1/3 orange bell pepper (diced)
- 1/3 yellow bell pepper (diced)
- 1/3 green bell pepper (diced)
- 1/2 yellow onion (diced)
- 1/2 cup spinach (sliced)
- 1 cup Raw shrimp
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp creole seasoning
- 1 tsp Head Country Champion seasoning
- 1 lemon
- 3 tbsp of butter
- 2 tbsp olive oil
